I am a Business Broker with many years of real business experience and I proudly hang my hat at The Kensington Company, one of the Tri-States leading business brokerage firms. I help business owners market and sell their businesses as well as help buyers looking to get into business ownership. My Company represents over 120 National Franchise Companies and I have a wonderful consultative process (at no charge) to help match buyers to the right business or franchise opportunity.

I have been in the business world for nearly 25 years as an owner of a successful retail business, head of corporate sales at a publicly traded company and owner of a wholesale distribution business; I am uniquely qualified to assist in all aspects of a business transaction. Sellers are comfortable speaking to someone who truly understands business and buyers recognize that I am not out to sell them a business which is not right for them.

Buyers – People buy businesses for many reasons, they are in career transition, they have been laid off, they want to hedge against a shaky employment market or they just want to take more control over their future. Who would have thought that a Harvard Lawyer would be happy owning a cleaning business or an Insurance Professional a food franchise. The point is that my clients come from all walks of life and I help them identify the real reasons they are looking at business ownership and match them with businesses that fit those objectives.
